A food rescue film
February 25th, 2013Just to make plausible that I have many talents and definitely suffer from ADHD and divided concentration, here’s a film I made with a friend/docu-partner Sarah Drost and chef Jan van Rossum from Troost en Proost on rescuing dated ingredients we normally label as ‘expired’. We made this for a food event we organized, inviting a number of sustainable food and gardening initiatives and feeding visitors with yummy dumpster-dived food during and for the Culturele Zondagen in November 2012. Wow, this was one long sentence! The film is Dutch-spoken, lads.
